Salt Hall - White Chamber

The White Chamber in Salt Hall. This room is entered from the left, with a row of cells lining left side of a long hallway. The cells each have bookshelves covering all the walls, full of mildewed books containing star charts and indecipherable text. The desks in the cells are buried in papers, and bolted to the floor near the chairs are rusted shackles, suggesting that maybe the scribes here were chained to their desks as they worked. Reinforcing this theory in the fact that the door to each cell is a rusted door of iron bars.

The eastern portion of the room has flooded with noxious smelling water, which is not deep but still exudes an aura of danger.
